Bloomingdales is starting a makeup line called ELF. As a promotion they are selling a TON of make up for $1.00. (All kinds of stuff for the eyes, lips and face - even tools like brushes, eyelash curlers, steel tweezers etc.)
It seems to be popular, so it's a little slow lately. But worth it.
Shipping runs about $7, and it will can take 3-5 weeks to get your order. Great for stocking stuffers and gifts, too.
