That is the lowest I have seen for those titles -- and NO tax/shipping !
I'm in for a couple.
And I think it is a price drop for some since my order confirmation said "new price" on one of them.

Thanks! I ordered Horror of Fang Rock. Unfortunately it's out of stock so I'll probably have to wait a long time before it actually ships. The only other title in there that I don't already own is the 5 Doctors and I'm not really interested in that anyway.

I picked up 2 of the titles that I was missing. But part of me wonders if Sam's Club is offering the same titles for $9.77 does this mean a future price cut is in the works?
