I odn't know if these are being re-released, but I know the Criterion Collection DVD's are pretty popular on the board. Anyway, they had Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas, The Man Who Fell to Earth, Dazed and Confused, My Own Private Idaho and maybe 1 or 2 others that I'm forgetting about. I think they were all $24.99. I picked up Fear & Loathing.
Oops, forgot to mention that they also had most(1-7) seasons of STNG for $45 and a buy 1 get $18 off the second one instant coupon. I happened to misread the coupon as $18 off each, so I backed out at the register. Still, not a bad deal.

I went to my local costco today and they had increased their selection wit Warner boxsets and many other singles, but I didn't see any Criterions.

My costco has no Criterions or Star Trek sets.
They do have lots of christmas lights out though!

Amazon has some of these Criterion DVDs for under $25 right now if you don't feel like going out to your local Costco.:)

No Costco's here in Fresno have any of the Criterions. I asked at each one I went to if they had seen any of the titles that were listed here being sold and they all stated that they had never seen them being sold at Costco.

I don't know how the Costco's are set up but maybe they are like Blockbuster in a way? Some stores are franchised or whatever. There are two stores here in Bakersfield and the "original" Costco that's been here for years had the CC's and the "new" Costco that just recently opened did not. The old also had Wild Wild West season 1 and the new did not. Probably others that I didn't pay attention to.
