Property Ladder - Flip That House
I can't get enough of these TLC shows about flipping houses. It's fascinating to watch people take risks (especially the green folks on Property Ladder). I can't believe I just watched a show where a guy needed 30K for remodeling and he hadn't put any thought into how to get the money. Yikes.
I know the market has taken a slight downturn in some cities, but it does seem to be a cool way to make some money if you know what you are doing.

I love Flip That House. I like 'home shows" period.
Probably because I live in an apartment and will never be able to afford a home. So I like to watch rich folks buy a run down shack for $500,000, put $50,000 into it, and sell it for $875,000.
Nice living.
I like SELL this House, too. Mainly because the buxom Tanya Memme is so HAWT!
