Good price on the individual seasons, it wasn't that long ago that X-Files for $50 a season was considered a great deal.

Personally... I'm waiting for a complete series box set.

Thing is, when will it come out on BluRay or HD, how much will they charge for that & would it be better to wait & not double dip? That's the problem for all of the stuff now. Can't decide.

Price match to CC to get a better price.

Whether they come out in HD or BluRay, you probably won't see a significant improvement in video quality. Only real advantage I see is less number of discs per set (as opposed to the current DVD set which consists of 6 or 7 discs).

Weren't all of TNG's VFX composed for 720x540? They would have to somehow be re-created/enlarged for any kind of HD showing, correct?

I can confirm that the Fry's ad for Arizona also shows the TNG and X-Files sales. Seems like this means a trip accross town!!

Thank you OP! I went to the Frys in Irving, Texas and they had them all. Grabbed all seven seasons. There were several people there grabbing them up. Looked like they only had about 4-5 full sets on the shelf, though they may have more in the back?

Great deal.

Same out here in Vegas. I was somewhat surprised and so I missed picking up the last two seasons of the X-Files that I'm missing because I was short on cash.
