I love this x-files like show so glad to hear it's back for a second season.

I normally don't start the threads (since we have some others that enjoy doing that), but I just noticed Fox is doing more of the early roll-out of their shows due to them having to pre-empt the shows once the baseball playoffs start.

I'm kind of a late comer to this series, as I've only seen an episode or two. Better late than never though.

We watched the first episode because my wife loves DB, but we thought it sucked. Later during the season we saw another episode and actually liked it. We have been watching ever since. Should be interesting how they play off the new boss.

I also slowly warmed up to this show, and the supporting cast gelled, which helped because Bones isn't the warmest of lead characters.

I also didn't last long when it first started, but picked it up in repeats early in 2006 and have been watching ever since.

I really wished Fox could've repeated a lot more during the summer though.

I really enjoy the show. I wish Bones would remember to say, "I don't know what that means" in every episode, however.

I'm not quite feeling it for Cam yet, though I did like Booth putting Cam on edge w/r/t Bones' on-going assessment of Cam.

That odd little "I'm a seagull with diarrhea, everything goes through me" line did little to endear me to the new character, but she's cute so I'll let it slide. What is starting to really grate is Bones whole "I never understood that" nonsense. The woman studies cultures, and can tell you what all these customs of different tribes means, but doesn't understand why people "talk" to a grave. Give me a break.

However I do still like the show, I just wish some of these quirks would get fixed.

During that part of the show, my GF and I were wondering how she knew enough to put on earrings and makeup, but somehow couldn't wrap her head around talking to her mom.

Put me down as one who doesn't get the talking to the grave stone too.
I'm guessing, she obviously knew people did that, so she was aware of the custom, but for herself, it's not for her.

I'm not sure about Walt's mom yet.

That's Seely's point, you can "know" a custom, but until you actually "engage" in doing the custom, it's just not the same experience.

Good show last night, but I was getting lost with so many things to follow in the case to many twists and turns I guess. I liked the addition of the cast member she seems like she will be the take charge kind of person on the show. I hope she doesn't oversea all the cases, and steal the teams thunder. So does that mean the old distinguished guy who headed up the Jeffersonian in the first season is gone ? I use to always like how he said Ms. Montenegro.
