Name this vampire movie

The movie has to do with a kid that thinks his neighbors are vampires, not really anyone else believes him, he investigates and finds out they have coffins and a refrigerator/freezer of blood in their basement. I remember the neighbors come over and the kids parents invite them in. Can anyone name this movie? It's not fright night.

Actually I remember that too. I think it was an episode from the first season called "The Tale of the Nightly Neighbors".

Indeed. Turned out the parents weren't vampires... but their "son" was, and the key thing was having him be invited in.
