Pink PS2 and PSP for Europe

http://www.joystiq.com/2006/08/21/eu...ew-pink-model/

Damn! I'd SO buy one of these if it was released in the US or Japan. Why Europe?!

It comes with TWO controller and a memory card, all pink.

Here come the "gay" comments

I guess girls might like this....not sure. Pink doesn't really fit with my decor.

I'd actually like to see an aluminum or brushed metal PSP (like the Dell DJ or some of the Ipod Minis).

Japan and Europe both have a silver slim PS2.

Now that's a good looking PS2. Is there a PSP available in that color?

I still like the pink one better (ironically, I don't like either of the pink DSes).

No silver PSP as far as I know.. black and white in Japan and Europe and pink in Europe. Sony US must have something against new color consoles. A long time ago they did have a "sports car" lineup for the old fat PS2 that had some slick colors like red and yellow (which I wanted BADLY). The problem? The were only available online and also $150 (or $200) more than the PS2 was at the time.
