Fucking funny episode tonight, especially Drama whacking it and everyone else being able to hear it thanks to the mike still being on.

Awesome ending with Turtle getting the Ultra-Titanium-Extreme-Limited Edition kicks and then everything going to hell in a handbasket thanks to Bob selling IWBS to the WB.

"I'm not going in that Nazi sled." Martin Landau is terrific. Best Guest Actor in a Comedy nomination, anyone? It could happen thanks to W&G not being elgible next year.

I'm not sure of the name of the song at the end, but I think it was by a band called 'TV on the Radio'

The last pair of sneakers that I bought cost $19.99 and I couldn't even tell you what brand they are.

"I am not a pussy. I am not a pussy."

Drama is awesome, and it was great to see him actually get a real acting job and actually nail it.

Great episode. Turtle was bugging me with the whole shoe thing, but it came around nicely. Drama's stuff was terrific.

The song at the end is Starting at the Sun by TV on The Radio.

Great way to end the show.

What's with Turtle being such a girl, worried about shoes.

Are there guys out there like this?

I think the sneaker obsession is more of an urban characteristic than a metrosexual one.

Good episode last night -- great to finally see Drama get some solid work. As for those kicks...definitely not a metro thing and more of a hip-hop/urban (whatever you want to call it) style.

I was just all over Turtle last night. Such a loser... that whole shoe thing basically sums up who he is - a superficial jerk with no style or appreciation for things that others work very hard to earn (see comment "I knew about these last NOVEMBER" - well why didn't you get in line to GET them then?). I mean their just damn sneakers? I can see a teenager getting worked up in a tizzy like that, but he's like in his late 20's...

So one more episode left - what's gonna go down?

Yeah but give Turtle a break because he's being enabled by Vince's altruism. He's basically there to give Vince his ties to the past. To keep him "grounded". And to give the entourage some "street cred". But yeah, without Vince, he'd be street scum.

Definitely far from the best of the season.

Why am I not surprised? No Talent Ed Burns' No Talent Brother Brian wrote the episode.

Who gives a crap about stupid sneakers!

Turtle totally seems like the type of person who would be really into sneakers. Just look at the way he dresses. I know they went to the extreme by paying thousands for a pair of sneakers on the show, but I know a few people who pay 100's for limited edition nikes. That Rapper Nelly made a hit song rapping about Air Force 1 sneakers! And no episode of Cribs is complete without a rapper or athlete showing off his massive sneaker collection. There's also tons of websites and magazines devoted to this sneaker subculture.

Good episode.

Drama is classic. You just knew he was gonna be caught spanking it in the first scene when he scoffed at the idea. His embarrasments are so predictable (ie. the Ken/massage episode) yet they're still fun to watch.

I wanted to bitch-slap Turtle with his whining about sneakers. He's acting like a spoiled Hollywood star and he's not even a star.

20G's for a pair of sneakers? I really hope Vince's reckless spending catches up with him in later episodes. It's hard to feel sorry for him when things dont go his way.

Another fantastic episode that hit on all cylinders. I was laughing so hard at Ari being sarcastic with Bob. Good stuff.
