I sold a new copy, but opened (it was a loose disc so I had to open it) on eBay. It didn't have an insert inside of the case, and I listed it as such on eBay calling it "100% Complete". The buyer received the DVD and is threatening me with negative feedback since the insert was not included. Are they just assuming that it should have one, or did the DVD really come with an insert at one time?

I know many of you might not have this DVD, but I need some information on this, thanks!
