Are they marked at the clearance prices, or is it pretty much that you have to know which titles are on clearance and have them scan them for you?

I don't know for sure, but knowing my local Comp USA in Manhattan, not a chance they'll be marked for sale. The DVD's at my store generally don't have any prices to begin with. Comp USA sucks. According to that blowout sale chart, there's nothing of much interest at my store, but I may stop in on my walk home from work to take a look.

Some decent discs listed at my location, but I'm wondering exactly what is in the "Warner bins" that are priced between $0.98 and $3.98. Desperate Housewives is the only box set listed.

I'm going anyway to pick up the $3.98 iPod Shuffle dock and perhaps the $9.98 Sirius receiver, depending on what exactly that is. Apple's Aperture at $199.98 is a great price, but I have no use for it.

YMMV. I checked the inventory last weekend and then made a special trip (out of my way coming home from the office) and the prices were $5-10 more than advertised for clearance XBox games. I was too tired to bitch, so I just left.

No sign of any $0.98-$3.98 Warner bins. Most of the blowout items were piled on tables at the front of the store. I did pick up The Pianist for $3.98, and 21 Grams was also $3.98, but I passed since I don't think I will ever watch it again.

Desperate Housewives was in stock for $19.98. The only other box sets were one of the Jackass volumes for $39.98 and Lost for $44.98.
