BONES - Season 1 this November...

And it's a 4 disc set for 22 episodes, which means:
Double-sided. Awful.
Guess FOX was unaware of the problems Universal's Discs were plagued with.
Stupid decision.

TVshowsonDVD says DVD-14s. Honestly, I didn't know there were variations on double-sided discs.
That does explain the unusual (and silly) disc layout - 4 episodes on side A, 2 episodes on side B. Aren't six standard DL discs just easier? Come on.
I just hate them regardless of their capacity.

This is also exactly the same thing Fox did with The Pretender. I have those sets and while I'd prefer non-flippers, I haven't had any problems with these DVDs. The only real benefit is the package won't be much bigger than a standard single width DVD case.

Kinda interested in this, although the DVD-14 idea sucks. No disc art.
I've only seen one episode, and it was kinda predictable. Is every show pretty predictable? I know each episode is pretty self-contained, I believe.
