Is there ant difference in the upcoming Munsters Season 2 DVD and the one already out?

I haven't heard anything about a rerelease of Munsters 2nd Season. If anything, they need to ditch the novelty "Herman head" box and issue the set in a standard-shaped one.

amazon.ca has it set for release on Aug 22nd.
