Watched Wishmaster, how is #2-4?

I watched Wishmaster for the first time last night, I thought it was a fantastic Wes Craven movie. Quick question...Has anyone seen the 3 sequels and if so how were they? I noticed the main bad guy comes back in the first sequel then he was gone from the last 2. Any info would be great!

Sorry I should have been more specific...The actor who plays the Gjinn in the first two did not return for the last two...

I love the first one.

The second one is a pretty big drop in quality, but still entertaining and watchable.

The third one is so horrible that I couldn't even make it through the entire movie.

I didn't even bother with trying to watch the the last one.

Wishmaster wasn't a Wes Craven movie. He was only the executive producer...Robert Kurtzman was the director.

The first was good...the sequels were all pretty bad IMO.

The first picture was an excellent throwback to 80s cinema. The Djinn is one of my favorite horror villains.

And then they ruined him with 2-4.

I saw the 1st three of these movies. Honestly, I do remember liking the 1st one to some extent, but the sequels were not worth viewing at all.
