What do you all think? I'll probably check it out at the 2 dollar theater sometime.

If it is the same trailer playing in theatres then I got more of a "Lost Boys" type feeling from the first minute or so. It played before Clerks 2 and was met with a lot of laughs but by halfway through the whole theatre was into it. I will see this on dvd. Only go to the theatre 5 or 6 times a year though.

Yeah, I saw this attached with The Descent. It sounds like an interesting concept, but it looks like it's traveling down the same road that flicks like Lost Boys and The Craft have already traveled down. Might be worth a rent.

Meh. Looks like your typical teen "horror" flick. I could almost see this being a pilot for a new CW show or something. No interest here. Oh and for what it's worth, this movie looks like it has nothing on The Lost Boys. Now that was a cool film.

Why on earth would anyone put that horrible CGI in a trailer?? The bit at the end where the car breaks apart. The Xbox rendered better than that in real time in those Burnout games.

I guess this will be the path M. Night will follow. I was sort of surprised to see who the director was.

I caught the trailer the other day. Looks like it'd be a decent rental.

I thought Renny Harlin had moved on from doing small time stuff like this. He should be working his way up to being the next Michael Bay by now.

Agreed. The car breaking appart effect looked horribly unfinished. It looks like something you see on the first pass on a making-of documentary for a special effect, not the finished product. They should've just left that shot off the trailer and ended it right after the title shot.
