Please help me find this movie....UK
Ok, back a few years ago I was taking a Literature class, and the Professor showed us this English movie, I think it was from England, it was definately from the UK. It had a famous older actor in it in which he was a Professor and he drank a LOT. There was a poor(character) female actress in the movie that wanted to attend the school (if I remember right) and she befriended the Professor?
At least I think that is what was happening. I do remember him drinking though. At the time I never got to finish more then 30 minutes of the movie because I had to withdraw and deploy. I remember him tutoring her I think, inside his office? It's not My Fair Lady, it's no where near that old. Im thinking early 90's timeframe.
Any help would be appreciated.
