Why wasn't Queen's Blvd. releaswed yet?
It was completed at Sundance - this was way before they even started shooting for Aquaman.
So now almost two years later, it's still not out? Makes no sense.

Has there ever been a movie (a good one, not a bad one) that sat on the shelf for 2 years waiting for "publicity"? I call shenanigans.
I also think Ari would be smarter - he really should know better and not have done anything until he had Malcom McDowell's money in his hands.

QB wasn't suppose to have a wide release. The studio wasn't interested in releasing it in theaters. The director didn't want it to. That's why he was so pissed that they were releasing it. It was an Indie film. But since Aquaman was so successful the studio decided to cash in on Vince's popularity and release QB.

It's not that the director didn't want it released, it's that he didn't want them to colorize it like they did. They were happy it was getting released but they wanted it to be black & white, the way the shot it & the way it was meant to be seen.

I just said a couple of weeks ago that I was hoping that they bring Walsh back soon...and whaddya know, guess who shows up. Best of the season, bar none.
Walsh was back.
Ari and Lloyd were going at it.
Ari was fighting for his life.
And Drama lost his cool more than once.

Unless Terrance fudged the amount on the papers, but then I would think that Ari's "legal beagle" would of caught that.

Not that it matters, because the writers used the "problem" to create a more interesting scenario.
