Ever had gift certificate balance disappear from Amazon.com?
Mine's did yesterday. Had a $10 balance and was redeeming another one and that was when I noticed the balance is zero. Should be $15 but only $5 after redeeming my gift certificate.
Waiting to hear next week from Amazon. CSR saw that my two $5 was redeemed but wasn't used.
Was going to order a DVD TV set.
Hope I get it back.

Are the GCs you entered stackable ? There are some that are promotional & not able to be stacked with other GCs. So, Amazon will ask you to use the promotional GC first, and then after that is used your other balance should appear. If not, I don't know what else it could be. In my experience, though, this sounds like the GCs in your account are not stackable.

I think it should be stackable. The first $5 was there a long time and then I added another $5. They are not promotional ones and have expiration dates in 2008.
I guess I have to wait till next week to see what happened.
