I'm sorry, but Vince getting fired from Aquaman 2 should have been a much bigger deal. I realize Ari isn't getting anything from the movie, but shouldn't it worry him that his client just got replaced from a big role?

Liked the episode as I have always like E's character. I don't understand the hate for him. In the past he has shown that he is the only person with real skill when it comes to dealing with Vince's career. Turtle drives, Drama cooks, E reads everything and basically directs Vince's career. Kevin Connely has gotten better each season too. Very subtle stuff with the slow building confidence, drive and attitude. So I enjoyed the episode. I am loving the evolution of Vince too. Same Vince but just a tad bit different. Enough to notice, not enough to make him a prick.

Sucks that all we got about Aquaman 2 was that Vince is Hollywood's T.O. and Turtle's Saigon storyline seems to have been put on the back burner. But honestly, fat rapper vs. threesome? You decide.

And Seth Green's line about no one buying a show about 4 30-something guys living together. priceless.

They filmed a majority of the episode at The Roosevelt in Hollywood. My friend had his cocktail reception in the room where Sloan was setting up, and the wedding reception in the auction room. We we're there a couple weeks ago, kinda cool to see it on my one of my favorite shows. Good episode by the way. Hopefully we see what's up with the A2 situation next week.

The only thing I can think of is that since Ari seems to be the most popular character, they seem to be focusing more on him and less of Vince and his "career"...I have to admit, I enjoy watching the play between Ari and his wife more now lately.

I missed Lloyd as well.

For some reason, it seems that less and less happen every episode, at least IMO.

Time to spin off Ari ... bring Lloyd with him.

Quite frankly, Ari's by FAR the best thing on this show. Great writing for his character, along with the fact that Piven nails it big time.

It would let that little midget E have the time to hang out with Nicky Hilton some more ...

I'm crossing my fingers that they dedicate a future episode to E finding the perfect kind of lifts for his shoes instead of having episodes go into what a stud he is ...

Agreed, but Mrs. Ari was looking better than both of them

While I don't think this was at all a bad episode, it did kind of leave me thinking

I guess I didn't really care too much about E's romance. Not that it was bad, but I think it was too much of the focus of this episode. And he should just be happy that he has Sloane. I would have liked to see more progression with Vince. As always, though, I did enjoy Ari's part of the episode. He could totally have his own show.

I'd rather have the bald guy back than devote an entire 30 minutes to Webster's love life.

I see I wasn't the only one fairly bored with this episode.

Not that I dislike the show, but does anything really EVER happen? It seems like the guys pretty much go from week to week with stuff going on without many consequences. The biggest actual event since the show started was Ari leaving to start his own agency.

No shit. At least Turtle knows he's a worthless, hanger-on douchebag.

I don't know why the focus on E is surprising - he's the main character!

I missed Lloyd, too. And as I said previously, I like how they have upped the screen-time for Mrs. Gold. The inter-play between her and Ari is great.
