Fellow DVDTalk members, if you are worried about LFM 1-3 selling out at your local BB, you can pick them up on Monday...the great prices on these sets are active right now (picked up 1-3, plus another copy of 3 for my father earlier tonight). These sets are not part of an if you buy season X then you can get season A, B, and C for X amount of dollars/savings type of deal (I, of course, thought the deal would start on Tuesday, but an on-line check confirmed the sale price was already active before I went to the store).

The strange thing about this was I wasn't able to locate it by browsing their site. I only found it thru a Google search which linked me to a URL where it was listed for $115 less. I wonder if it was an oversight on their part as I haven't been able to separate a bundle since and have it come out costing much less.

I picked up Nikita S1-3 yesterday. After getting home, I found a BB "Back to School" coupon flyer in the bag. One of the coupons was save 10% on $100 purchase of TV DVDs. Even though it said, "Only valid off of REGULAR priced merchandise", I thought I'd give it a shot.

Took them back today. Lady gave me the 10% back, no problem!

I saw the Back to School coupon, it said 10% off regular prices but excluded 'new releases.' Did anyone get it to work for Animaniacs? Of course the only copy my BB had had a big scratch on the box, under the plastic.

I used the Back to School coupon twice on both Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain. The coupon also excludes sale priced and dvds and you have to also purchase 100 dollars worth as well. The key is just to tear just the 10 percent off coupon from the other two and bring in just that. As long as you're polite to the cashier they won't really take their time to read the small print.
