What are these movies called?

These movies I saw a long time ago and thought they were good, but I never knew the name of them. So, I will tell you how they went.

1. A group of boys push this hotdog cart down a bunch of stairs and it hits a man and he dies. The boys had to go to a teen prision, which they get brutally abused by the leader of the prison. The boys grow up and find the guy that was abusing them in prison, sitting in a restruant. They kill him to get revenge. What's that movie????

2.Guy becomes obsessed with a women who works at big company. The women doesn't like him, but the guy is so obsessed, he won't stop til he gets her. The guy goes into the building she works at and starts killing people with guns.

Well I knew the first one, but can't help you out w/the second. But...

I'll ask my "what is this movie" question. It had Emilo Estivez (I believe) doing a bank robbery and during the hold up he pulls out his grocery list by mistake and starts reading it instead of his demands.

That might be "I Can Make You Love Me" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107178/) a tv movie (based on a true story) starring Brooke Shields from 1993. I remember seeing this movie, and it sounds like the movie you describe.
