looking for ipod accessories

anyone know of a good website? sadly, even apple had very limited stuff here. amazon had the transmitter i need, but as far as covers/skins and armbands, no luck-- all were "currently unavailable." anyone know a good place to look to get an armband and skins for my 30 gb? gratzie in advance

Can't you just show your tits to one of those pimple-faced teens running those little kiosks in the mall?

Rather than recommending some store, i'd start my research from www.ilounge.com and go from there. Probably dozens of links from there, and reputable.

I bought some really neat stuff out of a guy that sells in my local swap meet. The one item I am in love with was the fm transmiter/holder/charger. Also a metallic protective case that I really like because it covers the screen. I got the whole package of accessories for $40.00 but it came with a whole bunch of stuff... I am going to try listing everything....
1.-Car Holder/Charger/FM Transmiter.......VERY NICE
2.-Data Cable......................................Didn't need one but I like to have a spare
3.-(TWO) 2 metallic pritective cases........VERY NICE
4.-Protective Screen.............................I have not used it yet because I am using the metallic cases which cover the screen
5.-Car Charger.....................................I use the FM/Charger in my car and I left the other charger in the pick up but I have never used it.
6.-Home Charger..................................I guess it is nice to have a spare too.

I think there is something else, but I do not remember. Also, I bought a generic iPod Nano with video play that rocks, I like it so much better than the real Nano, but the screen is considerable smaller than my 30GB and it has 2GB He charged me $75.00 which I though was a good deal. I have his telefone number but I will ask him on Saturday if he can ship and if he has an e-mail address.

My god, there are THOUSANDS of iPod accessories out there. Hardly a day goes by that I don't see an advertisement for an alarm clock that has an iPod dock, or a boom box, or an arm band, or a rain cover. Heck, I recently even saw a lanyard that turns your iPod shuffle into a cross, so you can testify your faith while jamming out to Ozzy all at the same time.

I envy the iPod world their plethora of accessories... if only it wasn't necessary to own an iPod to use them.

There's a definitely a lot, and they're being tied in to everything.
At Target yesterday was saw a microwave oven [60 bucks] with a 40$ MSRP ipod docking speaker set packed-in. It's odd, though, given the huge supply of accessories, the 'big' stores [Best Buy, Circuit City, Walmart, Target] all have pretty much the same very limited inventory, as far as I have seen.

I always get my skins from http://www.lajo.biz He's got pretty good prices.

I bought a case there for my 3G ipod, but they shipped the wrong size. When I let him know, they just sent me the right size without making me return the other.

I now have a case for my 4g ipod. Works great. The website isn't the most user friendly, but it works.

Hoo-kay, BTT - more specifically, BT:

i.Tech Clip R35. Bluetooth stereo headset

i'm not sure how much it costs, where it can be bought, or if it actually works. So, if anyone has a clue, please post!
TBH, i'm more interested in the company's BlueCon SE....

Oh, Nike has the Nike+ Sport Armband that can accommodate a Nano.

tried a couple of the sites but some of them are crazy to navigate--I have to flip thru 30 pages and only see one product for the 30 gb ipod i have. any place that lets you choose armbands and scrol through them by size of ipod you have? or choose 30 gb ipod and then scroll thru all accessories?

www.podsplus.com
www.gadgetlocker.com

I think those sites at least let you sort/filter by device, if not accessory type.

the only accessories I have bought recently are:

Direct from Marware's Website: Their case for my 30gb photo and their "bike clip", which lets me mount it on the handlebar of my bike.

From Bike Nashbar: Cheapie (~25) speaker that also mounts to my handlebar. Nothing to write home about, but it all lets me listen to tunes without blocking out all the sounds around me.
