Ticket good through 8/10/06 at AMC Theatres(AMC Loews, Cineplex Odeon, Magic Johnson, and Star, excludes Canadian theatres, AMC Premium, and IMAX locations). Valid 7 days a week and for special engagements. One per person(ha).

At the store I went to in Grove City, PA, it was is not for a free ticket. All I got was a code to enter instant win game for a free ticket. You do get a 10% off coupon after you play, though.

Do they take your information down? I have 3 stores near me, could I potentially get 3 tickets?
(note: I need some jeans anyway. I'll probably spread my purchases over the 3 stores if I can get more than one ticket.)

Ok, I went in and tired on a pair I really liked, and stepped out into the hallway of the dressing room and the girl there gave me the ticket. She said as long as you come out to show them, they give it to you.

I was going to buy them, but they were too long and didn't have any more in my size.

Some further details:

1) Distribution is through 7/25 or while supplies last.

2) No, they don't take names. But I doubt you will get more than 1 per person per visit.

3) If you enter the code from the ticket, here, you will get a 10% off coupon at AE or another free movie ticket(the odds of winning another ticket are 1/10, supposedly). The coupon is good until 8/24/06. Note that some enterprising person on fatwallet noticed that if you enter anything(it gives invalid code messages the first 2 times) 3 times in a row, it will give you a coupon.

Me and the wife hit up the three participating stores in our area this weekend and now we have three free movies coming to us (to be used by 8/10/06).

The best part, is that I never even tried on the pants.

Now, the tough choice is which movies to see...

Just a reminder that there are only a few days left for this, distribution is through 7/25 or while supplies last. According to other boards, it seems a few of the highest volume stores have run out, though most of the rest still have them. In any case, it will end after this weekend...

I tried on a pair the other day and walked out without mentioning the ticket to see if they'd give one without being asked. They did not.

So I asked the girl and she said "oh yeah, I think we still have some." Uh-huh. Was I really the first to ask that day?

Anyway she opened her little desk and there was a big stack of them.
