I was going to say either Nirvana or Alice in Chains unplugged.

The acoustic version of Foo Fighter's "Everlong" is one of the best acoustic performances I have ever heard, period. Absolutely incredible.

I'm sure they've done the song a few times -- the version I remember hearing was off of a radio show.

May I also recommend Radiohead (or rather Thom Yorke & Jonny Greenwood) doing "I Might Be Wrong" -- specifically, their performance on BBC Radio 1.

And others:

Beck - "Outcome" or "Forcefield"
Nick Drake - "Pink Moon"
Badly Drawn Boy - "Something to Talk About" or "Bewilderbeast"
Andrew Bird -"MX Missiles"
Turin Brakes - "Underdog (Save Me)"
a-ha - "Mary Ellen Makes the Moment Count"

Some of these have acoustic guitar but have other instruments and maybe some non-acoustic elements.

That's it for now.
