house of 9: recommended?

saw this at blockbuster and it reminded me of saw, which i enjoyed. anyone seen this? dont remember it ever being in theaters.

The movie itself isn't that great as it steals a lot of ideas from Cube and Saw, but doesn't execute them as well or as creatively. It's worth a rent to hear Dennis Hopper's horrible attempt at an Irish accent, and the ending is kind of cool.

I agree. Wasn't as good but the ending had a twist which was interesting.

Watch it once, but have a very large bottle of liquor around. You'll want to get really drunk once you hear Hopper start talking.
