I know this is a weird request, but this forum has helped me identify an instrumental work in the past based purely on my description of the instruments that were playing.

This song I've heard in commercials (not sure which, but I think maybe GE or companies like that), and I just figured it was something created just for the ad. But today I heard it in the middle and end of an episode of This American Life on NPR. If anyone's willing to give a listen:

The title is "Perpetuum Mobile" from Penguin Cafe Orchestra's cd, "Signs of Life."
