I posted this in the DVD Talk Cemetery Man thread as well. I found one copy of the dvd at my local (South Hills) Pittsburgh FYE this evening. It was marked $14.99, but rang up for $11.99. YMMV.

It is, but it's out of stock right now. And I wanted to watch it last night not 3-4 weeks from now. My last DDD order from the Paramount buy 2 get 1 free sale took just over a month to get to me with the free shipping and nothing was backordered. Don't get me wrong, I like DDD, but only for things I don't want right away.
