kinda makes the franchise look cheap and pathetic

Still a bad deal from what I understand. My friend's parents own a Quiznos, and from what I understand, they would gladly sell it, at a big loss, just to be rid of it.

If I buy two, then can I get two more for $2,000?

Guess it depends on the location. I know someone that had one in a prime spot, and sold it for big money.

Only $25,000? Is that cheap or is it just me.

Well, that's only the franchise fee. That's not any costs like equipment or retail space.

Does anyone have a free shipping code for this deal?

Yeah that's just the franchise fee, a typical Quiznos would cost you at least 250k with equipment and space. I like Quiznos but there stuff is to expensive the coupons only bring it down to what I feel is a good price but sometimes the coupons are hit or miss. They also seem like a fad, as my local Quiznos was jam packed the first two weeks or so then the parking lot was always empty.

The one we go to, in a heavy office complex area, is still pretty barren even at the peak lunch hour. Plus EVERYONE seems to have a coupon, and they are usually the 2 for 1s.

Listen, if these were cash cows, they wouldn't be doing a promotion like this. One of my friend's dad used to own a McDonald's, and he said that it didn't matter how many of them were in the same square mile of each other, all of them made a fortune. I would bet you couldn't walk for 10 minutes for miles before you hit another McD's.

It wasn't from the company, but our local Gloria Jean's (coffee place) franchisee recently sold both their locations, and I think the ad they ran said "Buy one get the other free."

this does seem pretty pathetic on their part. maybe they need some more of those singing skinned weasel commercials

Yep, I'm only buying if they throw in two bug-eyed rat things -- one for each store.

Mmmmmm...Zaxby's.

Virginia needs that place. It's one of the few things I miss about living in Georgia. Of course, ready access to good pizza is a much bigger draw for Virginia. Why does nobody in the deep South know how to make a good pie?
