Off the top of my head, "Police Squad!" & "Parker Lewis Can't Lose". I like Scrubs a lot, but you should watch A LOT more TV and movies before giving your uninformed opinion on any of these subjects.

Addicting shows to check out:

1: Buffy The Vampire Slayer - Best Show Ever. Awesome cast of great characters, witty dialogue, great drama, etc. The perfect blend of horror/comedy/drama/action. It became epic duing season 2. I even got my hater best friend addicted. Now Buffy, Angel & Firefly (all Whedon series) are his all time favorites. He then got his girlfriend hooked on all three too and she too was a Buffy hater. Voted Greatest TV Show of All Time on TV Guide's huge online poll. Ranked #2 of all time on DVDTalk's forum competition (lost to the Simpsons by just one vote).
2: Angel (Darker Buffy spinoff) - Many find it to be almost as great or as great as Buffy. Some even find it to be a little greater than Buffy.

After these two there's no particular order:

Alias - Early Alias was some of the best TV ever. It has probabaly the best Pilot ever made.
Veronica Mars - Great cast (especially the lead character who pretty much everyone falls in love with) and witty dialogue (best cast and dialogue on tv right now, IMO). Great season long mysteries, comedy and drama.
Firefly - Joss Whedon's 3rd (others are Buffy/Angel), but shortlived, TV Masterpiece.
24 - Fun real time thriller.
Lost - Great mysteries and a great character study. Not all is answered like Veronica Mars though.
Carnivale - Great Good vs Evil tale. First season is a bit slow, but still quite good. Second season was fantastic. See above.
Nip/Tuck - Very good drama (I've only seen season 1 though)
My Name Is Earl - Unique and funny comedy.
Smallville - Sometimes a guilty pleasure. It has its flaws, but it's usually entertaining.
Family Guy - One of the most laugh out loud funny series ever made.
Futurama - Hilarious animated comedies by the Simpsosn creator.
The X-Files - Great show. Went on a bit too long though.
Malcolm In The Middle - I've only seen the first two or three seasons in full, but they were hilarious. Only the first season is available on DVD and it's hilarious stuff.
Dark Angel - Fun post apocalyptic sci-fi show starring Jessica Alba.
Xena: Warrior Priness - Fun and usually purposely campy series. Great action and occassionally some great drama too. Overall, it's a great fantasy series.
