i've just recently placed an order with this site, my first ever there, and i have a few questions. How are they in packaging, shipping preorders early or right at street date and any other things i may need to know if i'm going to continue using them?

This place is top of the line. They charge alot for shipping but they sent me a big box set by priority mail when I just selected regular shipping. They are a part of cduniverse. the dvd area is more commonly known as videouniverse.com. Their prices tend to be high but they package well and have good customer experience in my opinion.

that's good to know. Did you ever make any preorders with them? And if so do they ship early or right on the release date.

I've seen several preorders that give you at least a $30 savings

I never did any preorders from them. I used them for more hard to find titles because I found their prices high. But if you have found some good prices you could test them on a few.
