Best Buy Car Installation Question
About a year ago, I had a 12 disc CD changer (JVC) installed in my car @ Best Buy. Recently, it's been working very sporadically, with a "RESET 8" error message often showing up on the display. Researching this online has led me to believe it's a wiring problem, which, if I'm not mistaken, should fall under the "lifetime warranty" for the installation, since, if the wiring is loose, that's an installation issue. Would I be correct? And if so, what - if anything - do I need to bring with me to the installation center? I'm not 100% sure I still have the papers...would they still have record of my installation?
