Warner Bros. Rebate Form Question
Hey, I was wondering what info WB collects when it comes to the rebate forms. I've already used two several months ago (and got the rebate) but I sent them to two different addresses (one to my home, the other to work). After this Sunday, I'll be doing this again. Does anyone know if they keep track of the address or name? This time around I was just going to send it to my neighbor but under my name...
I don't want to go through all this only to make a stupid mistake.

I would use your neighbors...My first one was with my house and the second was with my grandma. There is no reason to lose out on a rebate due to laziness. Give your neighbor $10 or something...unless he owes you a favor!!

But you put your name on it, right? I guess I could put a variation of my name (put the middle initial in there). I assume they don't keep track of the names, just addresses.

Not to be a killjoy but if warner brothers only wants to grant one rebate per household. Why be greedy? These companies usually say any other use constitutes fraud.

I also sent my form in around Jan. and have not received the rebate. I called them a couple months ago to see what was up, and they said they had me on the list showing they received it, but that my rebate hadn't been sent out yet. The rebate form says allow 8-10 weeks for processing! And it gives a phone number to call if you haven't received it "by the time alloted" (1-866-488-4640). I was thinking of calling again, but it sounds like we're all in the same boat. Pretty outrageous that the mailing date is so far off from what the fine print says it will be. If they want to discourage us from using their rebates, why not just tell us it's going to take 25 weeks to receive it? I guess someone screwed up somewhere since I can't imagine they wanted to encourage everybody to call in either.

I sent mine in about a month ago and was going to send in another using my grandma address. Thats when I noticed the problem. The order forms very, by what you need to send in. When I was doing it the 2nd time, I noticed you needed to send in tab D. The first time it didn't say that, so I did tab a. Do you guys think I am safe or did I just cost myself $50?
