remote control help
Ok, I'm looking for a new universal remote to control up to like 10 things at least and it has to have macros. I have looked a bit and found that there are tons of choices. I would like to spend less than $200. Any personal recommendations?
thanks!

I love my mx-500, which would be a step below the already mentioned mx-700. I've had it for over 3 years, and don't think I've reached for any other remote since. Check out http://www.remotecentral.com for more remote info than you'd ever want.
The mx-700 adds the ability to program via computer - I've considered upgrading, but have never pulled the trigger. They used to have open box for cheaper here, but don't see any at the moment: http://www.surfremotecontrol.com

I love my Harmony 880. Highly recommended, especially if you have other users.

It depends what you are looking for - a more traditional type of remote (mostly hard buttons) or a more customizable one. I use a Marantz RC5200 (basically a rebadged Pronto) and love it.
