This whole thread brings up a good point, there will be lots of new content still coming out for all the systems. The show is far from over.

Goddamn that Paper Mario looks sweet! If they can continue the great writing, that's shaping up to be awesome!
edit: just watched the video - didn't realize it's a platformer and NOT an RPG! Even sweeter!

Two all-new, (mostly) 2D Mario platformers in one year. . . have I died and gone to heaven?

All the demo's Matt from IGN has seen have been in progrssive 16x9 mode.

16X9 is easy to do. The system will do 480p, so I don't see why it wouldn't do anamorphic. Seems pretty clear that it will.
Edit: Sorry, I meant it "wiill."

Has anybody heard anything about a Fire Emblem for Wii? I was at a friend's last night playing his arcade version of Radiant Silvergun and somebody called him telling him there was a Fire Emblem coming out for Wii. I told him I hadn't heard it and I'd been following it all day, I'm thinking he was having his head messed with due to his overflowing love for the series.

No, it was defintely in the presentation yesterday. I think I commented on it existing in one of my Stream-of-Conscience posts...
I don't think there's been much more than that, though.
