I thought I was going to have a month where there were no lawsuits filed against Netflix.
I wasn't planning on changing my service, regardless of the outcome, but I'll certainly take a free month. I still recommend Netflix to anyone living in, or close to, a city.

Instead of merely putting it in the user agreement, they should make it a separate box entirely that is highlighted that forces you to read that portion so people aren't surprised after a few months and their service levels then suck.
