Lawsuit-Free month of Netflix in your future?

Anyone received an email from Netflix on this issue?

$1.3 million + to a handful of lawyers.!!!! Makes me wanna puke.

I thought I was going to have a month where there were no lawsuits filed against Netflix.

I wasn't planning on changing my service, regardless of the outcome, but I'll certainly take a free month. I still recommend Netflix to anyone living in, or close to, a city.

No admission of wrongdoing means they can continue to throttle.

Yes, they will, but NOW they tell you they will in their user agreement. Not many people actually read the entire things like that word for word, but it is there now.

Instead of merely putting it in the user agreement, they should make it a separate box entirely that is highlighted that forces you to read that portion so people aren't surprised after a few months and their service levels then suck.

Oh well... to each's own...
