Although there is no direct comparison between the two and there is only one review posted at the moment:

Usually korean editions are better than HKs but I'm confused when I read this :

When I read Tai Seng the word WARNING is blinking in my head, they're like Mei Ah, the quality of
their work is very variable and cinemasie.com says :
"Single Face Single Layer (DVD 5) NTSC "
which reminds me some bad Mei Ah editions.
