Movies where someone quits their job and rips the boss a new one

I enjoyed the scene in Joe versus the Volcano when Joe (Tom Hanks) did this. There have to be lots of scenes like this since it's a common fantasy for a lot of people I'm sure.

Nick Nolte does this in Blue Chips, although he rips his boss a new one through the press.

And of course who can forget John Lithgow's brief but epic "I quit!" scene in Harry and the Hendersons?

I don't know if it's the boss technically, but I always think of Jerry Maguire.

"Who's coming with me?????"

Albert Brooks had a great "I quit!" scene in Lost in America.

(Of course, he eventually came crawling back for his old job at significantly reduced pay.)

In a way, Shawshank Redemption if you consider the prisoner the worker and the warden the boss.

Batman; when Jack Nicholson goes back to visit his boss (played by Jack Palance) and shoots him dead, followed by buzzer killing co-mobsters, etc.

Didn't Robert Townsend quit his job at Winky Dinkies in Hollywood Shuffle? Or was he dreaming. It's been so long I vaguely remember.
