Jesse Stone: Death in Paradise CBS Sun 4/30

Anybody else like the Jesse Stone flicks that Tom Selleck is doing? I liked the first two but it bugged me that they were made out of order.

I heard that CBS wants to do 5 of these movies. Since we're now on Part 3, I'm guessing the next 2 probably won't air until next fall/spring.

Unless Selleck doesn't want to go through the grind of a TV series, I think the Jesse Stone character could easily be spun off as a TV series.

I'm also puzzled why they chose to shoot "Night Passage" after "Stone Cold."
But, I think they didn't expect the 1st movie to do that well, so they went back and decided to introduce the Jesse Stone character.
