My Dish shows me on the bottom of the screen how much time is left.
I've got about 20 free hours left (out of 90 hours).

What is kept on it?
-Some movies waiting to be watched.
-Several Texas football games from this past season, including the Rose Bowl.
-A couple of movies the kids like.
-A couple of 9/11 movies that I have not been ready or in the right mood to watch yet
-About 10 episodes of Peep for the kids. They crack up watching those...
-Unfortunately, about 3 episodes of Oprah my wife has not watched yet.

2 Tuner Cable HD-DVR currently at 51%. I have a few hours of shows to watch that will take it to about 40-44% full. The rest is Arrested Development season 3 (SD I do not get Fox in HD) and children's stuff for my son.

About 64% last time I checked. Hopefully I can get it back down below 50% this weekend. It's mostly all episodes of Bones and Supernatural, as I've let myself get really far behind on those two shows (probably about 5-6 episodes of each on my DVR).

I have the HDTiVo, and it doesn't tell me how much space is used, but right now the hard-drive is empty. Watched everything last night.

I'm usually running at 75% capacity (30 hours...I swear I'll watch it all someday).

In the worst case ever, I had 31 minutes free.

I have a Dish HD-DVR that holds 180 hrs of SD or 25 hrs of HD. There is a mix of HD and SD on it right now, and it is about 70% full.

mine's about 68% full. I've got about 6 unwatched Lost episodes in HD that would pretty much take me down to 0% if cleared.

I've got to keep an eye on how full it gets because I placed The Daily Show on my season pass, and for some reason it records the show EVERY time it's on - and it's on like 12 times a day. I've tried changing the settings to first run only and also tried deleting the season pass but it just keeps recording...I think my DVR's possessed.

60% full

Have most of season 5 and all of season 6 of Justice League Unlimited
Just about the last 2 seasons of Teen Titans
A few eps of Pros vs Joes
Last nights Smallville
and a CSI from 2 weeks ago that I haven't caught yet

It usually hovers around 80-90% full with Grey's Anatomy and random stuff I just record to watch.

I have a Comcast HD DVR and it's at 78%. It has almost every episode of The Office, the last couple Late Night with Conan O'Brien's, and a couple of my favorite Family Guy's and some other random stuff.

I have a 35 hour DirecTiVo which doesn't tell you how full it is. But I'd estimate it's about 60%-70%.

I do know tomorrow it will be 0%. My hard drive started dying this week, so I plan to finally do that upgrade I've been putting off forever. I don't know what size I'll get yet, but it will probably be 100+ hours at least.

Then I plan to hack it so I can do all kinds of cool things with it. Hopefully by tomorrow night I'll have a networked TiVo finally!

I finally got the 2 tuner HD-DVR down to 30% but then my GF's kid got into a serious accident. She is with him a lot, and as such, hasn't been able to come over to watch our shows. Getting close to 90% now! (All HD shows. Sopranos, 24, Desp Hsewives, few more) May have ta start burning some to DVD.

I ran out of space once. Had some HD football games on there.

Mine is currently about 60% full, but almost all of that is taken up by Season 3 of The L Word, none of which I've gotten around to watching yet.

Mine (which I think is 100 hours) is about 50% full right now. It was more full, but I went through and deleted the ten or so episodes of Prison Break dating back to October that I hadn't watched yet. I figure at this point, I might as well wait for DVD on that one.

Other than that, there's a few movies (some I recorded, some my wife recorded), a bunch of shows my wife watches and some shows (like a couple of episodes of The Amazing Race and Desperate Housewives) we watch together that she hasn't been in the mood to watch so I can't watch them either.

0% full ... I guess I usually just don't keep anything after I've watched it.
