ALAIN DELON on Dvd?

What are the Alain Delon films that are currently on DVDs?

Any recommendations?

There is quite a bit (about 80% of his work was released in France already). What period are you interested in?

pro-bassoonist, you're the man for this!

Any period. As long as its top-notch Delon stuff!

I have enjoyed IL GATTOPARDO, LE SAMOURAI and Purple Noon so far....

R2
Le Cercle Rouge (UK disc, avoid the Criterion the color scheme is off)
Rocco and his Brothers (only the Italian disc)

R1
L'Eclisse (Criterion, lovely disc)
Is Paris Burning (not great but still solid)
Un Flic (since you enjoyed Melville)
Borsalino and Co as well as Flic Story and The Clan of the Sicilians are all classics but they appear as PAL-NTSC ports in the US!

Now the perfect scenario would have been if this 16DVD set had English subtitles as it virtually offers the most memorable crime films Delon made but...

Pro-B, is "The Clan of the Sicilians" available in R1, or did you intend to write "Two Men in Town" instead?

Actually it is available in NTSC (I believe it is not region-coded) in the US and although KINO were planning their own release, Amazon have been selling it for awhile. It is labeled "import" but it is not...Kino's release should be exactly the same as everyone is copying Studio Canal

Either way, I do not recommend any of these versions!

I suppose "Scorpio" is easy to find and "Spirits of the dead" too.
