Justin Timberlake's EDISON on Swedish DVD

As I was looking for the Swedish movie STORM, I came across Justin Timberlake's first starring movie EDISON on Swedish DVD which I thought was going to be released in the theaters, but apparently not because it sucks. I don't want to see it anyway. But maybe someone else does?

It's selling here...im not sure if they ship to the USA: http://www.americanlaser.se/dvd/Film.asp?FilmId=172023

Hmmm, interesting. I thought this was going to be seeing a theatrical release as well. I'm sure I'll see it eventually, but I don't want to see it so much that I would be willing to order it.

the film is average and you'll not miss much if you pass on this.

despite the star power it was never released theatrically in Germany and went straight-to-video.

I saw Edison at last year's Toronto Film Festival. Suffice to say there's a good reason why it never got released in the U.S. or nowhere else in the world, apparently. Yowza!

It's not gonna have a US theatrical release. I just saw the prebook (we own a video store) for it. It's Direct to Video, and renamed as "Edison Force" The cover also makes it look like a S.W.A.T. type action movie.
