SPACE DAY 2006 @ Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center - Chantilly, VA (IMAX fest)
For those in the Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia area:
as part of Space Day 2006
The Smithsonian's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center will have a IMAX all day presentations of:
Destiny in Space (12pm / 4pm)
The Dream is Alive (11am / 3pm)
Mission to Mir (1pm / 5pm)
Space Station (2pm / 6pm)(standard 2D presentation - not 3D
)
Apollo 13 (8pm) (I would assume the IMAX cut of the film)
Five dollar tix to the IMAX features and surprise surprise the Smithsonian and Lockheed Martin has relaxed it's 12 dollar parking fee for the day and it's free!!!
