I remember seeing this on TV maybe 4-5 years ago, but I don't if it was a preview, or if it was actually playing on television. For certain it was a newer film, and I'm fairly sure it was a short. From what little I saw, it looked hysterical, but I'm not desperate for an answer.
Opening of movie: Some guy wakes up late for a job interview. He leaves his (parents' (?)) suburban house, hops on his (?) bicycle, and races to his appointment. Along the way he dodges sprinklers, pedestrians, etc.
He reaches some sort of office building, and (this is the part I found to be a laugh riot, simply because it was so offhanded) jumps off the bike and walks to the door in one fluid motion, leaving the bike careering off into the distance. Then he takes an elevator, signs in with the secretary, and has his interview.
That's all I remember, but maybe it'll jog somebody else's recollection.
