Norm de Plume

This place has (had) the cheapest new-CD prices available and redoubtable customer service. I have ordered from it numerous times in the past, but now the website no longer lists prices, and e-mails to any of the contact addresses come back undeliverable.
I remember getting a message from A&B a few months ago saying something like an overhaul was in the works, but I don't remember specifics. Does anyone else who is a patron have better info?
