It's actually listed as "Low Price" but their advertising system works the same way as Best Buy's.

Only Target has screwed me in terms of "Low Price" categorizing year to date. And for that reason, I include a disclaimer in the Target Store Notes section which start my pricing threads.

You could also buy it today and price match it with next weeks ad so you can take advantage of their 110% price guarantee.

The only Philips TVs in the CIrcuit City ad is a 50" Plasma and a 23" Widescreen Flat Panel LCD.

It sounds like it was bought at Best Buy, which is offering the free Tomb Raider skin for the Xbox 360 this week.

I bought Full Auto not long ago at Best Buy during the free faceplate time period, and immediately price matched a lower price that did not change any pricing to reflect having paid anything for the face plate. Freebie deals at Best Buy are usually printed out next to the product purchased, so you run the risk of the pricematch making the freebie a paid purchase.

Re: faceplate/skin, it appears they charged $7.99 for the skin and took $7.99 off the price of the game so I doubt I will be getting $10 back. I'll take the skin with me if they give me a hassle and just return it.

But it wasn't a wasted trip... Picked up Nip/Tuck (S2) and Veronica Mars and price matched it to Target's $22.99. The look on the lady's face was priceless as CC's price is $49.99 each :p So I got those two for $40 total.

They may be starting to use their "Low Price" blurbs in a manner similar to the way Target does.

Up until recently, they had been doing things the way Best Buy does in their ads.

It is a situation that will bear watching by me.
