DVDPlanet shows item in stock, Order # "not real"
I placed an order on 3/23 for Jarhead SE (2 disc) and recieved the confirmation email. Knowing it was going OOP, I ordered it from DVDplanet.com because their wonderful color coded circle showed the item was in stock and ready to ship.
This was the same time people were reporting it available at select Target and Best Buy stores, but because dvdplanet showed the item in stock, I gladly paid shipping instead of driving out to a retail store.
I've been pretty busy and realized I hadn't heard anything or received the DVDs, so I just called them about it. I was told the order number in my "DVDPlanet.com Order Confirmation" wasn't a real order number.
Is DVD planet known for showing inventory as in stock and ready to ship, sending order confirmation emails, never shipping the item, and telling customers that the order number isn't real?
