I'm just starting the process of buying a home. I've heard AD's for leadingtree.com. Just wondering pros and cons and if anyone in here has used them to get their home loan and if they would recommend it?

I used them and got a good deal without too much work. Only negative is some of the people contact you for a while afterwards. I decided who to use quickly and for weeks people were contacting me, trying to convince me to switch to them.

Also checkout ING - very low or no cost closing! If I had only known a month before I closed, I probably would have saved at least $3000

INGs rates were much higher than what I got through a local countrywide agent.
