I think this offer killed their site. Their contact form also results in the same error message.

They already have the contact information from the first time you put it in, so I'm not sure why they want you to enter it and submit again for the GC. Note also that you don't have to use the e-mail link, you could reply to the e-mail with "OK" in which case you would never see the link for the GC.

Maybe they will be able to send based on the first information provided when signing up for the newsletter. But I wouldn't be surprised if we never get this.
