Where was How I Met Your Mother Tonight ??
why are they constantly showing repeats or not showing it at all? Tonight they had that Julia Louis Drefuss show in it's place.

I think they are trying to use the NCAA leadout to boost the JL Dreyfuss show since it is new. Although I think it would've made more sense to give How I Met Yo Momma in that spot since it skews more male and still needs a bit of help itself.
