NYPD Blue S1 and s2 - $19.88 each
They also had Angel, Shield, 24 Seasons 1 & 2 for around the same $38 price point (first season may be lower)

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet.
Best Buy Canada has this box set on sale as a Buy 1, get 1 free sale. The in store price was $37.99 each. I almost bought them when I was there, last week.
I'm going to take a stroll to Wal-Mart and see if they have any.
